Katie Longoria has developed the art of making home wherever you land, through her childhood years of living around the world. With a BA in Marketing from Taylor University, she spent her early career learning the in's and out's of Fort Bend County as the Director of Marketing at the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce. Over the last twenty years her roots have grown deep in the Houston/Fort Bend area. Katie strives to give her clients a seamless real estate experience, with a proactive, organized approach, to minimize surprises. She cherishes helping clients put down roots and guiding others on their next adventure, by connecting people to their Texas home sweet home. Katie also enjoys consulting and coaching other business owners and individuals through life transitions, decisions and challenges. Katie resides in Richmond with her husband Peter and three children. One of Katie' s greatest joys and challenges is homeschooling her three children. The Longorias enjoy swimming, hosting friends and family, and adventuring together, while keeping up with their mini goldendoodle.
